We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 working days (unless a pre-order which will be shipped in line with the guidance date given).

All orders sent are fully tracked and traced with Royal Mail.

All our fabrics are sold per METRE.

Sometimes we receive fabrics from our suppliers that have been cut with a wonky edge. To reduce wastage we include these wonky edges in your orders, but always measure from the shortest point to ensure you never receive less than the amount you ordered.

As a small business, we cannot accept any returns/ exchanges unless an item is faulty. All our fabrics are cut to order and therefore cannot be returned after purchase.

All our products are thoroughly quality-checked prior to being sent out. If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact us via email at hello@thecraftypie.com stating your order number and nature of the problem (photos are always helpful!) and we will do our best to assist you.
